What a beautiful week it was.  Aunt Jennifer came to visit and I had a really good time.  She is a cool Aunt to have.   On Saturday we all just sat around and waited for Jennifer's good friend Kim to get here.  She finally got here and we had a barbecue out back in the 90 degree weather!    Everyone was drinking, except me of course.  Daddy was drinking that hard stuff again, and all day long.  He acted the same pretty much the whole day though.

On Sunday we all went to the San Diego Zoo.  I was asleep for the majority of the trip, but I did wake up every once in awhile.  Everyone was complaining about all the hills they had to walk up all day long.  What a bunch of wimps!  I did not have any problems, although I did have four wheels.  I guess that will teach them, and maybe next time they will pay the extra couple bucks for the tram ride.

Lets see. what was I awake for?  I do remember seeing those things with the really long necks.  Giraffes I think Mommy said they were?  I do not remember seeing anything else other that the chicken that was running around the eating area.  That is when I was hungry and mommy had to feed me.  Then we went to see the Panda Bears after I finished eating, I did not make it the 100 feet though, I fell asleep again.  Everyone said the pandas were nothing special though.  I guess they were expecting a show and it was just a time when the pandas were aloud outside if they wanted to be.  The polar bears I hear were the best to see, and of course I was asleep for them too.  They are going to have to take me back there again when I can stay awake.

Aunt Jennifer left on Monday.  Me and mommy took her to the airport, daddy had to work.  Mommy had to work to, it was her first day back to work.    She is only working part time though so she got to come home in time.   She has to pick me up to because it was my first day at daycare!  Mommy said she cried when she dropped me off and that I laughed.  Anyway, we took Aunt Jennifer to the airport and she would not let us wait there with her for her plane.  I guess she was just to sad to have to leave.  I miss her already.  I am sure I will get to see her allot though.

Daycare has not been to bad.  I am the only infant there, and the lady is real nice.  Mommy drops me off every morning around 7:50 and then picks me up right around 12:00.  I sleep most of the time at day care, so the lady has it made with me.  She feeds me once and changes my diaper once and then puts me back in the crib and to sleep I go.  Daycare must be easy money!

Daddy did not have to work today, but I still had to go to daycare.   I guess daddy was on the computer all day trying to get my web pages back on the internet for me.  He is slowing getting it all on-line though, and now you can access it again.  I wish he would hurry though, I have not really seen him yet today.   I think I will have to cut this weeks thoughts short so that I can see him.

New things that I am doing, boy, I really have this smiling thing down.  It is so easy to do that I do not know why it took me so long to learn!   I am starting to talk to mommy and daddy in my own way now to.  Daddy tries to talk back, but I can not understand him.  He did not take enough baby language classes in school apparently.   Grandma and Grandpa Sachau are supposed to be here tomorrow.  That is all for now.
